The edits were clean and definitely made my writing easier to read. I was a bit confused by one small change at first and ended up switching that part back, but nothing felt overdone or weird. Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out

The gear was decent overall, but it felt a little hit or miss. Some of it was totally fine, while a few pieces seemed a bit worn and probably need to be checked or replaced more often. It got the job done for the session, so I can’t really complain too much, but for the price I was expecting things to feel a bit more dialed in.

"Fair price, but I hoped for more"
Belmont Studios was okay for the price, but I expected a bit more. Some things felt worth it, while other parts were basic. I didn’t feel totally ripped off or anything, but I did feel kind of stuck with what I got once I was there, like it was fine enough but not really what I’d hoped for overall.

"Okay overall, timing was hit or miss"
I worked with Belmont Studios on a small project, and yeah, they did get it done. Most of the work was fine and nothing really went off the rails, so I can't say it was a bad experience.
The main thing was the timing felt kinda all over the place. A few updates came in late, and I had to follow up more than once, which got a bit annoying tbh. Not awful, not amazing either... 3 stars feels about right.

I was happy with how the photos came out. They looked clear and sharp, and that part was nicer than I expected.

The studio was just kind of meh. I expected something a bit more put together, but the space felt cramped and a little sloppy in spots, like they didn’t really bother to tidy things up properly. The lighting wasn’t doing anyone any favors either. The staff were fine, I guess, but the whole setup felt so low-effort that it made the session hard to enjoy.

Just a heads up for anyone considering them, my experience wasn’t terrible, but the communication really needs work. Replies took longer than expected, and when I did get answers, the information wasn’t always clear. If you need quick or straightforward updates, this might be something to watch out for.

The staff was professional enough, I guess, but the replies were slow, slow enough that it got a little frustrating. They weren’t rude or anything, just not very warm or friendly. Overall, it was okay, just okay.

"Some good ideas, but it felt a little uneven"
There were definitely a few creative choices I liked, and some of the visuals stood out in a good way. That said, the whole thing felt kind of uneven to me, like certain parts had a lot more thought behind them than others. I was already feeling mentally drained, so the inconsistency made it harder for me to stay fully into it. It wasn’t bad, just felt like it needed a bit more polish. 3 stars feels fair.

"Packages were confusing and took too much back and forth"
I looked through Belmont Studios and the packages weren’t as clear as I expected. At first, it seemed like certain things were included, but once I tried to figure out what you actually get for the price, it got confusing fast. I ended up having to ask extra questions, and even then I still wasn’t totally sure. It felt like too many steps just to understand the basic package details. Not a terrible experience, but they really should make everything clearer upfront.

"Took forever to sort out"
Support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing dragged on for weeks. My issue is technically better now, I guess, but it still feels like it’s only halfway fixed... not exactly the smoothest experience.
